Dear friends and neighbors,

I wanted to let you know that I’ll be in Cordova this coming Monday, July 28. I’d be happy to meet for coffee to discuss fisheries, the Alaska Marine Highway System, education, or anything else important to you and your family.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly at 907-942-2120. I’ll also be attending the RDC community reception at Copper River Brewing from 5-7 p.m. that same evening. I hope to connect with you while I’m in town!

On a final note, the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) mailed relief checks to 2018 and 2020 Copper River and Prince William Sound permit holders on July 23. Crew member relief is yet to be finalized, but we are in communication with both PSMFC and the Department of Fish and Game to speed things along.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and I hope to see you Monday.
