Registration is now open for a fishing vessel drill conductor class to be held in Cordova on Nov. 4 by the Alaska Marine Safety Education Association (AMSEA). 

The class will last from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will happen at The Cordova Center. 

Cost of the class is $125 for commercial fishermen and $225 for all others. 

The class will meet U.S. Coast Guard training requirements for drill conductors on commercial fishing vessels.
