The Art of the Vintage Salmon Label

Cordova Historical Society presents “The Art of the Vintage Salmon Label”, an art installation at the Copper River Gallery. The metal wall art and hand knit gansey salmon exhibit can be viewed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 25 at the gallery within the Cordova Museum.

Curbside book delivery

The Cordova Public Library offers curbside delivery from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday outside the library by the drop box near the rear door. Go to to find their catalog and email your book requests to [email protected] or call 907-424-6667 and leave a voice message. Staff will bag your items and give you a call to schedule a pickup time. Items can be returned in the drop box.

The city of Cordova COVID-19 Public Information Team will be hosting a new livestreamed Community Update at 4 p.m. every Tuesday.
